Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Your first size exchange is free!

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Washed or worn items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges

Each order is eligible for one return or one exchange only. Exchanges can only be made for a different size of the same item. Your first size exchange is free. We do not offer exchanges for different products.
To request a return or exchange, please submit a return request through your customer account or order page.
If requesting an exchange, please include the desired size in the notes section. Exchanges are subject to item availability.
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label.

Refunds

All returns will incur a return label fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders under $75, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
